Al-Qiyamah 75:38
SAHIHثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةًۭ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
Summa kaana 'alaqata fakhalaq fasawwaa
