जामि अत-तिर्मिज़ी #1162

عَلَيْكُمْ بِقِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّهُ دَأْبُ الصَّالِحِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ وَقُرْبَةٌ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Observe night prayer (qiyam al-layl), for it was the practice of the righteous before you and it is a means of nearness to your Lord.'
