Jami' at-Tirmidhi #2318

انْظُرُوا إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْكُمْ وَلاَ تَنْظُرُوا إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ فَوْقَكُمْ فَهُوَ أَجْدَرُ أَنْ لاَ تَزْدَرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Look at the one who is below you and do not look at the one who is above you, for that is more likely to prevent you from belittling the blessings of Allah.'
